Yarn Questions
What does "Dye-to-Order" mean?
It means that I dye up your base and colourway of choice, just for you! It's really helpful if you're planning a large project or have a specific colour combo in mind, as I can make sure it's all the same dye lot. These orders take around 4 weeks of production time until they're ready to ship
Do you stock 'X' base yarn?
All the bases I stock are listed on my yarn bases page. If there's a specific fibre blend of yarn that you'd like as a wholeslae order please get in touch.
Is your yarn mulesing free?
Yes! All of my yarn bases are mulesing free, sourced from South America and the UK.
How do i wash my finished product?
Hand-dyed yarn should be card for delicately, please see my recommendations on the care instructions page.
Shipping & Orders
Can I return an item?
Usually yes for most in stock yarn, fibre and notions but not for dyed-to-order products like advents.

Can I add to my order or combine orders?
I can usually combine orders and refund excess shipping costs. Just contact me via email, direct message or the contact form and let me know your order numbers.
This excludes products that are shipped in custom packaging like advents.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Check out my shipping policy for up to date pricing and availability.
How are tariffs handled?
You are responsible for any fees that may be charged by your countries customs office.
For international shipping these are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line item. Where that's the case I pass these fees on to the shipping company and they take care of the rest. You should receive your package without any extra steps.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for my yarn shop?
Absolutely! I offer wholesale rate for both my yarn and candles. Please email me or use the contact form and I can send you my catalogue, which has my rates and terms.
